At Eternal Wellness IV Hydration, your time and health are important to us. To provide the best service possible and respect the time of our clinicians and clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation policy:
❗ Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation. fee
• This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer appointments to other clients in need.
🚫 No-Shows
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and charged the full cost of the service booked.
⏰ Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
💳 Card on File Required
A valid credit/debit card is required to book your appointment. No charges will be made unless you violate the cancellation or no-show policy.
⚠️ Emergencies & Illness
We understand that life happens. In the case of an emergency or sudden illness, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the situation on a case-by-case basis.
